Seeing as I'm a fast leveler I think I'm going to be 40 sometime soon, but since I just got a job... Might take a bit longer than expected... But anyways...
As soon as I hit 40, Guild city is going in. And if we don't have enough members I want everyone to help me recruit. That way we can get the city at least booked and then I can start construction. And sooner or later, we might start battlekeep seiges.
Also I hear it's rather expensive for this so tips are appreciated, but not required.
